Homefinders is like no other agent I’ve ever met. They have delivered an exceptional service to me as a landlord. They’ve found really reliable tenants and have done so quickly (no more than a couple of weeks void). When things need repair, Homefinders ask first but then get a good job done at very reasonable cost (other agents would be happy with the most expensive option, with a kick-back). Small jobs cost me nothing, it’s all in my £1 a week subscription! Above all though, I know that these people care. They aren’t just trying to make a fast buck but really work at finding good homes for people who need them. Part of this is taking all the nuisance away from a landlord, making sure everyone gets a fair and reasonable deal. I’d recommend Homefinders to anyone – landlords and tenants alike.
