In addition to her accounting role, Ann has also been serving as our dedicated office administrator. Her organizational help keep our office running smoothly, creating a productive and positive work environment for everyone. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ann is a dynamic individual with a passion for dance. In her spare time, she shines as the lead dancer in a Turkish folk dancing group.

Asdaq
Sales Director
Asdaq is our Sales Director and has been a pivotal member of our team since 2006. He began his journey with us as a Lettings Negotiator at our Hackney branch, where his exceptional skills and dedication quickly stood out. Over the years, Asdaq has progressed within the company, consistently demonstrating his expertise in the property market and his commitment to client satisfaction.

Office Manager
Gassan is our Office Manager, having been with us since 2016. He initially joined our team as a Property Manager, where his strong organizational skills and client relation skills excelled him. Over the years, Gassan has taken on increasing responsibilities, becoming a fundamental member of our team.

Asdaq/Homefinders dealt with this somewhat tricky transaction (in part because the seller was rather impatient and hotheaded, and in part because it was a slightly complicated purchase – a buy to let in which there were already tenants in situ, so he had to deal with quite a few questions from myself, and issues that I felt would have been slowed down by involving the solicitors). He also gave some good advice on the best way to proceed in a few situations, and helped to smooth the transaction process. To cap it all, he arranged to deliver the keys to me at the property on completion, timing this with my needs.
