Options to use this service

1. Per hour – pay for the time you use on a half hourly basis

   Pay for the time you use. We will roughly tell you how long it will take for per hour jobs.

   Choose this option if you have a 'to do' list made up of one or a number of small jobs. Our handymen are multi trade and can handle any job including plumbing, carpentry and electrical work, the only thing they do not do is anything to do with gas.

   Our 'by time' rates are:

   £55 for the first hour and £22.50 for any half-hour thereafter.*

   We do also offer after hours (after 7pm) and Saturday and Sunday service at a slightly higher rate of £65 for the first hour and £32.50 for any half-hour thereafter.

   *Landlords who chose our premium plus management option get 6 hours of free maintenance every year.

    

2. Fixed Price jobs – Fixed labour price

   Replace tap: £60

   Reseal Bath or Shower Tray: 55.00

   Reseal Sink or Basin: £45

   Disconnect Washing Machine or Dishwasher: £45

3. Survey & Quote

   For larger works we will visit the property and give you a verbal estimate free of charge. Once you agree to proceed then we will send you a written quote for the works. There will be no call out charge for this unlike other contractors, we trust that our quotes are very competitive and the quality of our works is first class.
